Guangzhou Joint Trade Park Opens

Guangzhou Joint Trade Park, as one of the first group of projects for "Renovation of the Three Olds" (i.e. the renovation of the old towns, old factories and old villages) and a key construction project of Haizhu District, was opened to the public on May 18, 2012.

As a modern service park where a lot of service enterprises gather, it is invested, operated and managed jointly by Guangzhou Automobile Group Business Co., Ltd., China Orient Asset Management Corporation and Guangzhou Jinlun Investment Management Co., Ltd. The park is located at No. 82, Xingang West Road, covering an area of 150,000 square meters.

At present, the park has attracted a number of traders, exhibitors and trading service institutions like finance, intermediary, R&D and quality control institutions and has built partnerships with the Inspection & Quarantine Technology Center (IQTC) of Guangdong Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, major specialized banks, Guangdong Fashion Designers Association, Donghua University and other units. Six platforms of the park including the property-rights trading platform, inspection and detection platform, financial service platform, fashion show platform, creative R&D platform and trade and exhibition platform have been preliminarily completed. In addition, Xingang 82 Memory Museum and some recreational places for citizens are also under construction.
